Initial Ideas:

•  Queen Victoria and Albert collages with lions to signify the two lions in front of the city hall building.
• The city hall with two flaps that open to revel the inside, almost like a dolls house effect.
• Study the tiles used in city hall and those from the Victorian era and create a mosaic of city hall.
• Starlings represented somehow, as city hall was closed in the 90s due to starlings nesting in the infrastructure.
• Do a collage piece involving the organ in the centre of the hall, as it's one of the building's most defining features.
