Rationale Crit

The feedback from the critique was overwhelmingly in favour of Idea 2. There was some skepticism about how the pictorial elements would work, but elements like the limbs could work subtly. It was also suggested stretching the letter forms could work if it did not distort or look unnatural. Many people said that additional shadows could work well in relation to the word and further the hidden personality for typeface. However shadow in conjunction with pictorial elements would be too much. Finally, many agreed it would work well for horror novels and films, so I should make that my focus.
